As the storm continues into the night, the northern portion over Pennsylvania and West Virginia is beginning to weaken into a general thunderstorm with high winds. The severe concerns continue in the south, however. The slower moving, southern portion of the storm is hovering and causing flooding concerns in Texas, Louisiana, and Mississippi, potentially in Tennessee as well.
